As President and CEO of Crown Business Services, Bob
Ferngren has brought with him all of the knowledge and
experience gained from his distinguished career with such
industry leaders as Bennigan’s, Fresh Choice, and Longhorn
Steakhouses. During his 12 years with Bennigan’s, Bob rose
to President of this $450,000,000 in revenue concept, by
consistently delivering sales and profit objectives while
revitalizing the menu and marketing plans.
As CEO of Fresh Choice Bob oversaw 56 units and $78 million
in revenue. While concept head EVP for Longhorn
Steakhouses, Bob was responsible for $180 million in
revenue for 95 units. Bob’s rise to top management comes
from his solutions-oriented style and by leading and
developing his team through positive motivation, training,
and support. Experienced at coordinating multiple
assignments in highly visible environments with demanding
time and budgetary requirements, Bob is able to obtain the
necessary results for restaurants of all sizes and styles.
Bob is a Certified Health Coach and Nutritional Advisor.
Bob also serves as President of Equipping Pastors
International, a non-profit organization.
Bob and his wife of 32 years Joyce reside in Orlando, Florida and have 3 grown children.
